Talent Sourcing Specialist

Vaco is partnering with a long‑term client in the real estate space to bring on a Talent Sourcer to support their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the front end of recruiting, loves building pipelines, and thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. What You’ll Do Proactively source candidates for a variety of roles including property management, maintenance, leasing, and corporate positions Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement to generate interest and qualify talent Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS Support market research and talent mapping for current and future hiring needs Help improve sourcing strategies and share insights on candidate trends What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (real estate or property management is a plus) Experience sourcing for roles like leasing agents, maintenance technicians, property managers, and corporate staff Strong communication skills and confidence with candidate outreach Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple open roles Experience with an ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
