Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring each session is approached with empathy and understanding.

• Provide individual and family therapy, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of patients.

• Document patient interactions and treatment plans diligently, including completion of billing processes and insurance authorization forms within designated timelines.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans and safety protocols as necessary, alongside relapse prevention and wellness strategies, aimed at empowering patients toward sustainable mental health.

• Create detailed discharge plans to facilitate smoother transitions and ongoing support for patients exiting the treatment process.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies, ensuring ethical practice at all times.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and educational opportunities to maintain licensure and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Actively participate in case consultation and agency meetings, contributing to collective knowledge and practice best standards.

• Complete all requisite licensure and training mandates promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The population you will work with encompasses a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required, qualifying you for licensure as a mental health professional.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
