Your work setting will be predominantly remote, allowing you to conduct sessions wherever you feel most comfortable. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, which involves utilizing clinical assessments and structured interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans that promote personal growth, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities suited to each client's individual circumstances.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through regular feedback and adjustments to treatment approaches.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards and best practices, using our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry best practices, particularly in areas related to addiction and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
