Pharmacy Leadership PositionProvides strategic leadership in advancing pharmacy services through the integration of clinical quality, safety, and outcomes initiatives. Advances a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement within pharmacy services. Oversees the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and programs aimed at ensuring safe, evidence-based pharmacologic care across all healthcare settings. Provides oversight of the system drug diversion prevention, medication safety, medication use policy, and regulatory compliance and accreditation programs across the system. Bay Area Pay Range is $268,902.00 to $430,248.00 / annual salary.The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
