Civil Construction Project Manager

COMPENSATION: A highly competitive six figure salary, lucrative bonus plan, company vehicle and excellent benefits to include a healthy 401K plan. We have been retained and we seek a Project Manager for a long-standing Las Vegas based civil construction firm that is part of a US headquartered multi-billion dollar building products and materials manufacturer. This is a career long opportunity and not just a short term role that ends with a finished project. Our client runs consistently with ongoing and new projects in Civil Construction. They are also beginning to take on commercial and industrial projects. Their size and continued pursuit of new projects affords one here with stability and career prospects without having to leave the company or Las Vegas. Though being part of a US wide organization, one may find the ability to move with the company if desired. A negotiable and very competitive six figure salary with a very aggressive bonus plan and a company vehicle. Outstanding benefits and a very aggressive 401K plan. The projects are technical, complex and you can truly lead and inspire diverse teams. The company is also taking on projects throughout the Southwest. This alone is going to create promotion opportunities to lead other project managers. You will use deep technical knowledge of construction methods that demand creative solutions. You will find a collaborative and supportive culture Another plus is your project materials; the parent company manufacturers what is use in any project and has an excellent supply chain.
