Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• School-based experience delivering speech-language services preferred
• Expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech and language disorders
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency in adapting therapy plans to individual student needs

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and document progress
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to foster student success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation aligned with school policies and compliance requirements
• Offer guidance and recommendations for classroom adaptations
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and student support initiatives
