Training and Development Manager

We are looking to hire a Training and Development Manager to support our team of swim instructors. The role focuses on onboarding, training, engagement, and operational excellence within our Learn to Swim Center. Start a full-time position that requires afternoon/evening and weekend shifts. Starting wage is negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities Manage the development of all new hires. Work alongside a team of managers to drive operational excellence. Model core values (Safety, Quality, Connection, WOW!) during all shifts. Deliver performance reviews for new and seasoned employees. Solve complex problems on a daily basis. Support instructor, deck, office, and mentor training programs. Provide support to new hires from day one until they become independent instructors. Play an integral role in employee culture, engagement, and overall job satisfaction. Report to the General Manager and assist during prime time shifts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Prior leadership training or experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to be coached. Problem solver capable of working independently and as part of a team. Ability to commit to afternoons and weekend shifts.
