Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and focused assessments of patients with a variety of pain conditions, ensuring detailed history taking and physical examinations are performed.
• Document each patient encounter systematically within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, maintaining continuity of care and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests and imaging studies, to contribute to accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Develop and collaborate on comprehensive care plans, taking into account the complexities of each patient's pain management needs.
• Work alongside physicians to consult on patient needs, as dictated by findings during assessments and ongoing treatment evaluations.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as completing patient forms and following up with patients through phone communications, ensuring they feel supported throughout their treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
