This role is performed onsite at our hospital facility located in Patchogue, New York. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care under the direct supervision of a board-certified dermatologist, ensuring compliance with both organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines.
• Monitor and coordinate treatment plans while ensuring consistency with the organization’s clinical policies.
• Engage with patients by clearly explaining therapeutic regimens, discussing health maintenance strategies, and promoting overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, ensuring documentation meets the highest clinical quality standards.
• Participate actively in patient care discussions by identifying key issues, sharing relevant information, and implementing physician directives.
• Uphold a safe and sterile working environment by adhering to infection control procedures and organizational safety protocols.
• Respond appropriately to patient needs, ensuring a compassionate approach in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
