Are you bilingual in Spanish and English , enjoy helping people, and want to build a long-term career in healthcare? We're looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join a supportive dental team. No dental experience? No problem! We provide training for the right candidate.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• No weekends!

What You'll Do

• Assist dentists during exams and procedures
• Help patients feel comfortable and welcomed
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Record basic patient information
• Support scheduling and other front office tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
