This role is all about growth, relationships, and impact. Build, grow, and own your portfolio of accounts and carriers Create solutions that drive long-term customer partnerships Negotiate competitive freight rates and ensure on-time delivery Operate with independence—managing shipments, solving problems, and protecting our “No Fail” reputation Strategize with your team on pricing and account expansion Be the go-to partner for customers, offering insights and results that keep their supply chain running smoothly 3–5 years of logistics/account management experience Proven ability to grow accounts and manage complex relationships Tech-savvy with TMS/CRM systems, Google Drive, and Excel (pivots, vlookups) A natural problem-solver with strong negotiation skills Organized, detail-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced environment A leader in the making—ready to take the next step toward branch management Ready to Own Your Future?
