Position Summary
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, HR communications, and day-to-day employee support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new-hire onboarding and ensure required employment documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records.
• Assist employees with routine HR questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
• Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
• Track employee attendance, time-off requests, and other HR-related information.
• Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, meetings, and company events.
• Help ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Assist with compliance-related documentation and audits.
• Perform general administrative duties and other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
