Position Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing high-volume invoice processing and payment workflows in a paperless, systems-driven environment. This role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable navigating multiple platforms, and proactive in improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform invoice coding, approvals, and payment processing
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized digital records in a paperless AP workflow
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely communication and issue resolution
• Assist with process improvements and system optimization initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in real estate or property management
• Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes
• Experience working in a paperless or highly automated environment
• Technically savvy with strong systems skills (ERP/accounting software, Excel, and invoice platforms)
• Ability to manage high volume and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
