Document Specialist - AutoNation Ford Katy

The Document Specialist verifies, prints and tracks all documentation in each financial transaction. Day-to-day responsibilities Verify automobile insurance policies Verify loan payoff balances Print all documentation for deliveries Verify all guest signatures Copy all non-prime documents Break each transaction down for lenders and complete the final checklist prior to sending the transaction to the Accounting office Enter customer vehicle deposit receipts Other duties as assigned Requirements for this job High School diploma or equivalent Strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to operate personal computers including Microsoft Excel and Word Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation and 401k matching Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with insurance plans (health, dental, vision) and maternity benefits.
