ROLE DESCRIPTION
My State Farm agency is hiring!! I have an open Account Manager position. This position is responsible for both customer service and sales. The ideal candidate is: Licensed in both property/casualty AND life/health Has a strong work ethic Loves achieving goals, loves to work in a team environment, is out-going and personable, and is committed to educating and helping people with their insurance and financial service needs Is hungry for success both as an individual and as a team Has sales experience In this role, you will work towards the growth of the agency. You'll have success by focusing on and capitalizing on all sales opportunities both within the book of business, and outside of the book business. Salary, plus commission, plus a signing bonus is available for the right candidate. I have some pieces in place, i'm looking to complete my team, if you are energetic, goal driven, and hungry for success.
