Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide one-on-one counseling via video chat to clients who are emotionally struggling, utilizing your expertise to support their mental health needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and identify various emotional or mental disorders, such as grief, anxiety, and stress.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using a solution-focused approach that aligns with your clinical experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Hold an active, independent license in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. Note that we do not accept limited or provisional licenses, nor those with disciplinary actions.

• Exhibit strong computer literacy skills, enabling effective use of telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior telehealth experience or those who have a background in various therapeutic modalities will be given preference. Experience in working with adult populations and familiarity with common mental health disorders will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
