Our global customers rely on our deep technical expertise and innovation grounded in more than 70 years of experience to help them meet the challenges of their next-generation military and commercial applications.Job SummaryOperation of CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts, load materials, monitor machine performance, and conduct quality checks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your machining skills under the guidance of senior machinists.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Safely load, run, and unload production parts on CNC machines according to set parameters.Basic Set-Ups: Assist with or perform basic machine set-ups, including changing fixtures and tooling under supervision.Quality Inspection: Measure parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet exact blueprint specifications.Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep work areas clean.Troubleshooting: Identify and report machine malfunctions or out-of-tolerance parts to senior staff.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 0–3 years of hands-on CNC operating experience.Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
