Creative Operations Manager

To enhance the efficiency of the Brand Studio team, the part-time contractor Creative Operations Manager will manage the intake and scheduling of creative requests, ensure project timelines are met, and implement systems improvements for planning and execution in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the intake and triage of creative requests, ensuring briefs are complete before reaching the team Maintain and optimize sprint schedules, proactively addressing blockers and making recommendations for tradeoffs Develop and enhance internal planning tools and processes to improve workflow and project management efficiency Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, production, or creative operations, preferably in a brand or creative team setting Proficient in managing high volumes of requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing effectively Experience in building or improving project management systems and using no-code or AI-assisted tools Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with marketers, designers, and creative directors Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with asynchronous communication practices
