Business Analyst

We provide excellent benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision ++ a fun company to work!!!Role Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):Perform analysis on business and technical requirements provided.Facilitate the session(s) to gather all requirements/create the user stories.Document confirmed requirements/work with Product Owner on User Stories.Provide clarifications and support to project team during design, development and testing phasesUnderstands Software Development Life Cycle and can effectively perform BA tasks for each of the project phases.Elicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.Supports various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.Develops informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements.Applies depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value.Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.Become SME and provide support during various phases of Testing and Post-Production validation.Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.Required Skills8-10 years of business analysis experienceD1 (Digital One) - Working experience with Digital Banking Platforms including account opening and account servicing productsModern Banking Platform experience - Prior experience with FIS Modern Banking Platform and Digital One productsRelevant post-secondary degree, and any agile certifications a strong assetExperience with Jira / Confluence, MS office, and VisioExperience working with a SaaS based productExperience will ancillary banking systems (GL, sanctions, money movement, ACH)Strong knowledge of requirement gathering methods including interviewing, data modeling and business process modelingProfessional demeanor and comfortable managing stakeholders of any seniority.Ability to work independently with limited supervisionStrong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent critical thinking/analytical/problem solving and organizational skills; ability to analyze issues/requests and determine next stepsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills.Demonstrates transparency and willingness to share knowledge and best practices.Displays acumen with technical concepts and business/industry knowledge with a strong desire for continuous learning.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of requirement gathering methods including interviewing, data modeling and business process modelingProfessional demeanor and comfortable managing stakeholders of any seniority.Ability to work independently with limited supervisionStrong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent critical thinking/analytical/problem solving and organizational skills; ability to analyze issues/requests and determine next stepsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills.Demonstrates transparency and willingness to share knowledge and best practices.Displays acumen with technical concepts and business/industry knowledge with a strong desire for continuous learning.
