Salary: $80,000.00 $150,000.00 per year | Job Type: Full-time As a Project Manager / Sales for HVAC, you can have it all! Be a leader and make it home for life's moments that matter. You will manage 2+ teams and build a culture that is supportive and solution-driven. YOUR ROLE: Sales-driven closer working with new and existing customers. Meet with customers in their homes to evaluate needs and present options. Meet and exceed sales performance goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide estimates for repair or replacement of existing equipment or systems. Provide over-the-top customer service from estimate phase to project completion. Create positive working relationships with inspectors. Work with customers to answer questions regarding estimates in ServiceTitan. Manage team schedules for on-time service. Organize and oversee work and schedule of your teams. Assist management in hiring and training team members. Build and retain Best in Class talent. Maintain yearly completed sales of $1,200,000 or more. Oversee day-to-day customer facing operations. Train your team to keep safety top of mind. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in sales in a residential in-home environment. Experience managing a team of 4-10. Minimum 5 years experience in field or operation position. HVAC: 3 years (Required). Current state driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication and leadership skills. Project management understanding. Computer literate.
