WE CELEBRATE YOU! We are actively hiring an New Patient Navigator to supportour Valkyrie Clinical Trials Denver, Colorado site. LOCATION : Onsite, Denver, Colorado Hours : Full Time, Mon-Fri 40 hours per week (day shift) Compensation : $70,000-$100,000 (depending on experience) The New Patient Navigatoris responsible fordeveloping andmaintainingoutreach and engagement strategies to enhance the Site’s patient care and enrollment efforts while ensuring a seamless new patient experience. This role focuses onidentifyingand cultivating partnerships with physician referral sources, engagingwithand scheduling new patients, andassistingwith the tracking of trial slot availability and fulfillment. Physician & Community Partnership Development(PrimaryArea of Focus) Develop and implement outreach strategies toidentifypartnerships andpotential oncologyclinical trial participants. Identifyand cultivate new physician partnerships andmaintainrelationships with existing partners to support trial enrollment and patient care efforts. Act as a liaison between the Site and community organizations to foster collaboration. Engage with community organizations with diverse populations to raise awarenessabout oncologyclinical trials. Assist the Site and Medical Director inidentifyingpotential partnerships. Patient Navigation & Enrollment Support Support trial enrollment and patient care efforts by effectively communicating with new patients ina timelyfashion. Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of theinitialnew patient consult visits. Ensure the collection anduploadingof all necessary new patient medical records. Maintain effective patient and team communication from referral intake through trial enrollment and first treatment, asappropriate. Ensure the effective handover to assigned CRC upon commencement of Cycle 1 Day 1 treatment. Provide new patient trial status to referring physician upon confirmation of enrollment or screen failure. Assistwith any other scheduling needs during screening period Systems, Coordination & Reporting Become proficient in the regular use of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) to enter and manage patient information accurately. Work closely with Principal Investigators and Clinical Research Team to ensure slot availabilityandmatchingpotential patients forscreening. Track all referrals and referral sources to provide regular reports and updates to physicians and practice partnerships. Provide support in generating and reviewing periodic reports for Site and Medical Directors. General Responsibilities Adapt toadditionalresponsibilities as required by the evolving needs of the organization and asdeterminedby leadership. Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written, and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors. Additionalduties asassigned by management. Physical Requirementsand/or Environmental Factors: Work is normally performed in a typical interior clinical/office work environment. Daily computer use. Frequentverbal and written communication. Occasional evening and weekend work schedules. Ability to properly lift thirty-five pounds and occasionally more than thirty-five pounds. Ability to drive andtravel locally. MinimumRequirements: Education: Bachelor’s degreeor equivalentexperience. Experience: At least 5 years’ experience to include working directly with patients and physician partnerships or account relationship management. PriorOncology experience and exposure to clinical researchpreferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Core Competencies: Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strongtime-management, communication,presentation,and interpersonal skills (both written and oral). Effective and well-developed interpersonal abilities, includingabilityto foster strong working relationships and influencevarious stakeholders. Excellent computer skillsto includeOffice365 products. Ability to work independently and professionally, with a high degree of urgency and self-motivation. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and align with operations. Demonstrated decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
