Independent Living Case Manager • Housing & Life Skills

Boys & Girls Haven is hiring a full-time Case Manager to support young adults in the Independent Living program. You will secure housing placements, provide ongoing case management, and help clients maintain stability and progress toward independent living. The role requires coordinating housing, service planning, and daily living support in collaboration with the treatment team.
