Office Services SpecialistLarkin Hoffman is seeking a full-time Office Services Specialist to join our Office Services Department. This position will be responsible for providing office service support to the entire firm, and in addition, provide assistance to our receptionist and hospitality team as directed by the Facilities Manager. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the workflow of outgoing & incoming mail, copy center, document scanning, office supplies, hospitality, reception, and facility functions of the department.Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver interoffice mail, external mail, and requested office supplies within assigned department service standards.Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory of office supplies and placing orders as needed. This includes ordering that is in alignment with Firm needs and budgetary requirements. Maintain paper products and general copy center supplies.Manage delivery service pick-ups and receive incoming courier packages; tracking information as needed. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
