Retailer Account Specialist

$3,861.00 - $6,276.00 per Month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Responsibilities The Analyst I reports to the Retailer Financial Services Staff Services Manager and serves as the Lottery’s financial advocate, focusing on retail customer service and collecting revenues derived from our retail partner’s efforts to sell Lottery products to the general public. Key duties include: Provide retail customer service and support to partners. Perform banking, credit, and account management tasks. Analyze and recommend operational improvements. Ensure operational continuity for the Retailer Financial Services. Minimum Requirements Candidate must possess a current Analyst I exam. All minimum qualifications listed in the classification specification must be met. Salary range: $3,861.00 – $6,276.00 per month, depending on classification and experience.
