As a full-time SLP (37.5 hours/week), you’ll have the flexibility to tailor your caseload preferences within the K-12 setting. This role uniquely supports coverage for two maternity leaves, allowing you to step into established teams: the first leave extends from late December/early January through early March, while the second runs from mid-November until the end of March (spring break). Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome for consideration—your growth is supported!

Qualifications:

• Current or pending SLP-CCC licensure (Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply)
• School-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in working with K-12 populations (let us know your caseload preferences)

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students in K-12 settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress
• Support continuity of care during short-term staff leaves
