As a Security Officer Roving Patrol in Omaha, NE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related duties at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor management procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Prepare clear, timely reports on daily activities, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
