Supplier Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced and forward thinking Senior Supplier Quality Manager to help shape the future of our global Supplier Quality Management organization. In this role, you will drive cross functional quality initiatives, ensure compliance in a regulated medical device environment, and influence strategic direction across our supplier landscape. Being responsible for supplier quality assurance within given categories Playing key role in new suppliers qualification process Auditing suppliers (Lead auditor role) – QMS and process Close collaboration with R&D, Operations and Product Quality team, within aspects related to supplier quality Oversight of supplier performance and implementing improvements when needed Oversight and facilitation of change requests coming from suppliers Being part of teams, driving cost reductions projects, related to purchased components Apply today if you: Have technical insight into mechanics engineering (injection moulding, stamping, painting, etc.) or alternatively acoustic transducers (microphones / receivers) Have strong knowledge of ISO 13485, MDSAP, and medical device regulations Have auditor training and experience, conducting supplier and system audits Have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Are self-driven person who likes independence and taking responsibility Have experience working with global suppliers and in cross-cultural collaboration (considered an advantage) Please send your CV in English.
