Work Environment\n

This position operates within a telehealth framework, providing the flexibility of remote work while ensuring that therapists can maintain strong connections with their patients. Our protocol includes using modern technology platforms for virtual consultations, which facilitates a comprehensive approach to remote mental health services. While the primary schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be necessary, accommodating patient needs and maximizing access to care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess client needs, strengths, and goals, enabling the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others, to deliver high-quality psychotherapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on addressing emotional well-being, coping strategies, and personal development.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, remaining calm and effective in managing high-stress situations.
\n
• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, presenting treatment options and resources that empower them in their mental health journey.

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping and adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies regarding patient confidentiality.

• Participate proactively in professional development activities, including case conferences and team meetings, to share knowledge and enhance clinical skills.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and trends within mental health treatment to uphold a contemporary practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• A valid and current license in the state as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and trauma-informed care.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport and professional relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in managing electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology.
\n
• B outstanding crisis intervention capabilities, with a calm and composed demeanor during challenging situations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of post-licensure clinical experience, offering an understanding of patients’ multifaceted psychological needs.

• Hands-on experience conducting both group and individual therapy in diverse clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
