Two affiliated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Queens are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to drive census growth and community presence across both locations. These are large, well-established facilities offering short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, known for warm, dedicated teams and a family atmosphere. The Director of Marketing position is a high-impact role with real ownership — ideal for a marketer who knows the nursing home world. Prior nursing home experience is required for the Director of Marketing position.
As Director of Marketing, you'll be the face of the facilities to hospitals, community partners, and referral sources throughout the area.

Director of Marketing Duties
Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow census at both facilities
Build relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and community referral sources
Represent the facilities at community events and outreach initiatives
Partner with admissions teams to convert referrals into admissions
Track referral trends and report on marketing performance
Director of Marketing Compensation and Schedule
Pay: Up to $115,000 per year

Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
