Responsible for the safe and efficient Operating Company emergency preparedness and restoration efforts.**Key Responsibilities:*** Responsible for safety of the workforce including development of training programs and TMP progressions.* Responsible for regulatory strategy in each of the 4 areas listed above.* Oversee and evaluate work processes. Identifies and implements process improvements. Creates a climate of innovation in which ideas for process improvement are continually encouraged from within the organization.* Responsible for the safe and efficient Operating Company emergency preparedness and restoration efforts.* Develops and implements annual business plan for all areas mentioned above, including O&M and Capital budgets. Monitors ongoing progress and reallocates resources as necessary to ensure goal achievement (Safety, Reliability, and Customer Service).* Responsible for employee goals and objectives while ensuring alignment with department and corporate goals.* Reviews reports that document performance in meeting department, corporate, or regulatory goals and requirements.* Represents the company on various teams or committees regarding state, regional, or national issues.
