Business Development Specialist

Dial Edge — Lakeland, FL (Hybrid, with travel) About Us Dial Edge is an established U.S.-based wholesale telecommunications carrier. We’re looking for an organized, outgoing Operations & Carrier Relations Assistant to support our growing partner relationships and day‑to‑day operations. About the Role You’ll work directly with the Director of Business Development, supporting outreach, scheduling, and relationship management with industry partners. This role includes a mix of in‑office, remote, and travel‑based work throughout the year. What You’ll Do Support outreach and relationship‑building with industry partners Schedule and coordinate meetings with partners and prospects Assist with planning and logistics for industry events and related business travel Manage appointment calendars for partner meetings, both virtual and in‑person Follow up with partners after meetings and events to keep relationships and opportunities moving forward Collect and organize documentation required for partner onboarding Maintain organized records of partner contacts and communication history What We’re Looking For Associate’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience in business development, account management, event coordination, or administrative/executive support Comfortable initiating contact with new people — outreach doesn’t intimidate you Strong organizational skills and follow‑through — you keep things from falling through the cracks Clear, professional written and verbal communication Willing and able to travel periodically for business Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic CRM/document tools Discreet and trustworthy with confidential business and partner information Self‑starter who’s comfortable in a small‑company environment with direct reporting to the Director of Business Development Telecommunications industry experience is a strong plus, but not required — we’ll train the industry‑specific details Work Setup Hybrid: based in Lakeland, FL, with a mix of in‑office and remote work, plus periodic business travel Part‑time Compensation: Base salary + commission How to Apply Email me directly at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
