We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating long-term partnerships that generate business growth. What You'll Do Promote Palmer Electric's full range of services, including Low Voltage Systems, Nurse Call Systems, Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems, Access Control & Security, Electrical Service & Maintenance, Lighting & Fixture Solutions, and Commercial and Residential Electrical Contracting throughout Central Florida. As company brand ambassador, attend networking events, industry meetings, and trade shows regularly. Network and build relationships with general contractors, property managers, facility managers, healthcare organizations, hotels, schools, senior living communities, and commercial clients. Generate leads, maintain an active sales pipeline, and close new business opportunities. Partner with estimating, project management, and operations teams to deliver successful customer solutions. Help shape the future growth strategy. What We're Looking For 3+ years of a proven record in business development, account management, sales or customer relationship experience. Knowledge of electrical contracting, construction, low voltage, facilities management, building systems, healthcare technology, or related industries is preferred. Actively engaged with established professional connections across Central Florida. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop and maintain client relationships. Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills is a must. Self-motivated, team player and comfortable working independently. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central Florida. Why Palmer Electric?
