Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and nature of clients' mood disorder symptoms to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and document changes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care, aligning psychological treatments with medical support where needed.

• Engage in professional development by staying updated on the latest research and advancements within the field of mental health treatment.

Your work will predominantly involve assisting individuals who are grappling with various mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
