Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this full-time, in-person role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping students’ academic and personal well-being. The department is seeking dedicated professionals to join their Student Services team for the 2026-2027 school year.

Your work will begin in August and extend through June, ensuring consistency and connection with your caseload. Utilizing your expertise, you’ll be integral in fostering positive outcomes and advocating for students’ success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Maryland School Psychology License (required)
• Background in school-based psychological assessments and interventions
• Ability to navigate IEP processes and collaborate with educators and parents
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience supporting diverse learners is preferred
• Willingness to work onsite throughout the academic year

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students in accordance with district guidelines
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and behavioral goals
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education programs
• Provide direct interventions, counseling, and crisis management as needed
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive school climate
• Document and communicate findings in clear, timely reports
