Assistant Controller

Our public accounting client is seeking an Assistant Controller. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $115,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements for designated operating locations.
  
  
• Conduct monthly narrative analysis of significant financial variances compared to budget and forecast.
  
  
• Complete a three-month financial forecast on a regular basis.
  
  
• Effectively communicate financial information to business counterparts.
  
  
• Manage the flow of accounting data to and from remote facilities.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  
  
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  
  
• Budgeting process experience, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
