Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist (LCSW or LPC)

Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult) Full-time, Part-time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Our teletherapy platform provides outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across several spectra, serving clients throughout Virginia and beyond. Job Summary The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform in 45‑60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists handle an approximate caseload of 30 client sessions per week; part‑time therapists are expected to offer at least 7 sessions per week. Compensation is split 60/40, with bi‑weekly pay based on sessions conducted. Responsibilities and Duties Provide therapy virtually in 45‑60 minute blocks. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Provide input on the best strategies, techniques, and services to help clients. Participate in team discussions and contribute to company growth. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; licenses in multiple states are encouraged. Experience working with diverse populations. Willingness to be part of a growing company, offering input on client needs and company initiatives. Flexibility to commit now and to grow your caseload over time. Must have high‑speed internet access. Must have a HIPAA protected space for consistent sessions.
