Quality Control AuditorPay: $18.50-$19.50/hour Schedule: 1st shift or 3rd Shift Experience: At least 1 year of quality control experience preferredJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Auditor to inspect materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role supports manufacturing operations by identifying defects, documenting quality issues, and helping maintain a safe and efficient production environment.The ideal candidate has previous quality control experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with production and quality teams.ResponsibilitiesInspect questionable raw materials before they enter the production process.Determine whether materials meet quality standards and specifications.Inspect work-in-progress (WIP) products and finished goods for quality and compliance.Document nonconforming materials, including preparing reports and taking photographs when needed.Provide general support to the Quality Assurance department.Work with internal and external customers to address quality concerns.Assist with training efforts to improve product quality throughout the manufacturing process.Help create visual aids related to product packaging and foam quality standards.Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and 5S practices.Complete inspections accurately and efficiently to support production goals.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.At least 1 year of related quality control experience or training preferred.Strong computer skills required.Experience with JDE is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentAbility to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform inspections throughout the facility.Ability to work around moving machinery, moderate to loud noise, and varying temperatures.Must wear required personal protective equipment, including eye protection and hearing protection in designated areas.Why Apply?Consistent overnight schedule.Opportunity to use and develop quality inspection skills.Work in a manufacturing environment where quality and attention to detail matter.Apply today!
