Revenue Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Specialist to support and optimize the processes, systems, data, and reporting that drive revenue growth. The Revenue Operations Specialist will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to improve operational efficiency, maintain accurate CRM data, automate workflows, monitor pipeline performance, and provide actionable business insights. This position is suitable for candidates ranging from entry-level professionals with strong analytical and CRM skills to mid-level professionals with hands-on Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience . Key Responsibilities Revenue Operations & Process Management Support day-to-day Revenue Operations activities across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Analyze existing revenue processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Support lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close processes. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Assist with implementing scalable processes as the organization grows. CRM Administration & Data Management Maintain and update CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms . Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of customer, lead, account, and opportunity data. Perform data cleanup, deduplication, validation, and enrichment. Manage CRM fields, records, views, reports, and dashboards. Support lead routing, assignment rules, pipeline stages, and lifecycle management. Troubleshoot basic CRM and workflow issues and coordinate with technical teams when required. Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain reports and dashboards related to: Lead conversion Win/loss rates Forecasting Analyze revenue and sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare recurring reports for Sales and Leadership teams. Support forecasting and business planning activities. Use Excel or Google Sheets to perform data analysis and reporting. Support sales teams with CRM processes, pipeline management, and reporting. Assist with quote, pricing, contract, and deal approval workflows when applicable. Monitor opportunities to ensure accurate stages, close dates, and revenue information. Support territory, account, and lead assignment processes. Assist with sales compensation and commission reporting when required. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and IT. Translate business requirements into CRM and operational solutions. Provide training and support to users on CRM processes and tools. Communicate operational issues and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Entry-Level Candidates Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interest in CRM systems, sales technology, analytics, and business operations. Mid-Level Candidates 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a related role. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM platform . Experience with CRM reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management. Experience analyzing sales/revenue metrics and supporting pipeline reporting. Experience with process improvement and automation. Preferred Technical Skills HubSpot Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Power BI, Tableau, or Looker SQL – basic to intermediate CRM workflow automation Marketing automation platforms CPQ / quoting tools Data integration concepts and APIs Experience with tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign, or similar GTM technologies is a plus. Current RevOps postings commonly emphasize CRM administration, workflow automation, reporting, data hygiene, and sales-tech-stack management.
