$17 - $20 hourly

• Lead the recruitment process by crafting compelling job postings and conducting initial candidate screenings.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored onboarding plans.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and informed from day one.
• Coordinate with HR to maintain accurate employee records and streamline administrative processes.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Organize and conduct training sessions to equip new team members with the tools they need to succeed in their roles.

• Experience in leading recruitment processes to attract top talent who align with company values.
• Ability to develop and implement effective onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
• Proven track record of collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
• Strong communication skills to maintain a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and updates.
• Proficiency in utilizing data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
• Familiarity with HR compliance and the ability to coordinate with HR to ensure adherence to hiring regulations and company policies.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback from new hires and refining onboarding processes accordingly.
