Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into an impactful role supporting students as a bilingual paraprofessional in a full-time, on-site setting. This long-term opportunity offers the chance to work 1:1 with pediatric students across a range of grade levels—from kindergarten through high school. Open to travel professionals, this position offers meaningful collaboration with educators and the possibility to make a significant difference in students’ educational journeys.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a school environment as a paraprofessional or classroom aide
- Bilingual fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with students and families
- Comfortable working in 1:1 settings, providing individualized support
- Experience supporting students in Grades K–5, 6–8, and/or 9–12
- Reliable and adaptable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to commit to a long-term assignment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic classroom environment and follow teacher direction
- Open to working with travel assignments and relocating as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer 1:1 educational and behavioral support to students, ensuring a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities, classroom management, and student accommodations
- Communicate regularly with teaching staff and parents regarding student progress
- Adapt your approach to meet the needs of students across various age groups and developmental stages
- Support classroom routines, help with instructional materials, and contribute to a collaborative learning space
