Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step confidently into a full-time, onsite role supporting students as a 1:1 Paraprofessional. Essential Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings (grades K-12)
- Ability to provide individualized 1:1 support to students
- Comfortable working with pediatric populations and adapting to various learning needs
- Bilingual abilities strongly preferred
- Passion for facilitating student growth and fostering a positive learning environment
- Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instructional support alongside classroom teachers
- Assist students in academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
- Foster inclusion and engagement for students requiring individualized attention
- Maintain clear communication with educators, families, and support staff
- Contribute to a safe, structured, and supportive classroom atmosphere
- Adapt support techniques based on students’ evolving needs
