- Provide direct support to teachers and students during classroom instruction and activities
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention strategies
- Help with organization, classroom set-up, and transitions throughout the school day
- Support students one-on-one or in small groups according to their unique needs
- Encourage student engagement and reinforce positive behavior
- Supervise students in various settings, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
