Position Compensation & Schedule Hourly Pay $23.50 per hour Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm and every other Wednesday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Job Summary Lead and oversee warehouse operations with a focus on continuous improvement and team effectiveness. Responsibilities include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting, and maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations. Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members toward improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in providing appropriate orientation for employees and giving them the necessary information, technology, and tools to perform their jobs. Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Deal with day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred. One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred. One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred. One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred. Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required. Valid forklift operator's license certified. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective leadership skills. Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Performs work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills. Proactively approaches responsibilities. Maintains composure under pressure. Works using health and safety methods. Bilingual (For Québec locations only).
