Duties and Responsibilities Utilize IPPS-A to process, track, and validate Personnel Action Requests (PARs), ensuring timely completion of military personnel actions and pay-related transactions. Review IPPS-A records and reports to identify discrepancies, initiate corrections, and maintain accurate Soldier personnel data. Conduct personnel data audits within IPPS-A, iPERMS, DTAS, and other Army HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with Army policies. Utilize IPPS-A Leader Dashboard and command reporting tools to analyze personnel strength, readiness, and accountability trends. Prepare and provide personnel readiness reports, strength analysis products, and accountability reports to Brigade and Battalion leadership. Maintain deployed personnel accountability through DTAS and reconcile personnel status information with higher headquarters requirements. Monitor Soldier records within iPERMS and coordinate corrections to ensure personnel files accurately reflect qualifications, awards, evaluations, and career documentation. Process personnel actions through IPPS-A workflows, including promotions, assignments, awards, separations, absences, and administrative corrections. Support Brigade-level strength management by analyzing authorized versus assigned personnel data and identifying readiness impacts. Coordinate with commanders, HR professionals, and higher headquarters to resolve IPPS-A transaction errors and personnel data discrepancies. Qualifications Proficiency in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe PDF. Familiarity with Department of the Army HR personnel systems. Expertise in the proper Military Awards process. Mastery of the proper Evaluation process. Understanding and competence in the proper personnel actions request process. Skill in Records Management, including familiarity with ARIMS (Army Records Information Management System). Proficiency in IPPS-A transaction submission, error correction, and the ability to interpret numerous reports. Experience in Strength Management within a military context. Knowledge of the DTAS "three-tiered" architecture, including the Enterprise Database, the Theater Database, and the Mobile System. Competence in the proper management of leave and pass requests, as well as financial actions.
