As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members, providers, facilities, clients, and brokers. You will handle inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claim status, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding benefits, eligibility, and claim status.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Answer 50-100 calls a day in a fast-paced call center setting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Skills: Call center, Customer service, computer literacy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of call center within recent employment tenure.
• Experience Level: Entry Level.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
