Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic diseases in a supportive, hands-on clinical setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to each patient's needs, using techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment.
• Document treatment sessions, track patient progress, and adjust therapy plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, their families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and the use of assistive devices when necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and conferences, and collaborate with colleagues to share insights and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient demographic, encompassing children, adults, and elderly individuals facing various health challenges. You will work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and other physical ailments. Your role will be crucial in helping these patients achieve their physical rehabilitation goals and encouraging their independence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license in Physical Therapy and up-to-date knowledge of best practices in the field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with electronic health records and documentation processes.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing a variable caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship.
• Background in pediatrics or geriatrics can be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
