Qualifications\n

• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) in California.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working in mental health counseling is preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
