Strategic HR Business Partner - People & Change (Hybrid)

Cox is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Manager to partner with Retail Client Care leaders, shaping and implementing people strategies aligned with business goals. You will guide talent initiatives and act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations.
