Titan Restoration of Arizona is building the premier hospitality vertical in the state — hotels, resorts, casinos, management companies, ownership groups. We're hiring one person to own it. Not manage it. Own it. About Titan We're a leader in commercial and residential restoration across Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, and Flagstaff. Water, mold, fire and smoke, biohazard, asbestos, and full reconstruction. We run 24/7/365, because disasters don't check the calendar. When something goes wrong at 2 a.m. on a Saturday, somebody is getting that call. Your job is to make sure it's us. What you'll actually do Prospect daily and generate net-new business — this is a hunting role, not an inherited book Build relationships with GMs, Regional Directors, Facility Managers, Engineers, and ownership groups before the emergency, not during it Get Titan on approved vendor lists and win national account programs Navigate procurement and RFPs without flinching Own your pipeline in CRM — documented, current, and honest Represent Titan at industry events and associations as the face of the vertical Partner with operations so what you sell is what gets delivered What you bring Proven B2B outside sales results in hospitality or a comparable vertical, with numbers you're proud to name Existing relationships that open doors on day one Real fluency in procurement, RFPs, and approved vendor programs Follow-up that doesn't stop at "no answer" Executive presence — you're as comfortable with an owner as a maintenance director Tech-forward: you use CRM and AI tools because they make you faster, not because you're told to A builder's mindset.
