Regional Human Resources Business Partner

Overview The Regional Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to Operational Leaders across Georgia, North Carolina, and Louisiana service and installation organization. The HRBP helps drive business performance through effective talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and execution of key HR programs. This role partners closely with Operations Leaders, EHS professionals, and HR Center of Excellence (CoE) to support a geographically dispersed workforce of technicians, installers, supervisors, and administrative employees. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with field technicians, coaching leaders, navigating employee relations issues, and driving business-focused HR solutions. Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned service and installation operations. Partner with regional and district leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. Provide workforce planning support, including talent forecasting, succession planning, and organizational design. Analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify opportunities and risks affecting business performance. Employee Relations Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution. Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices. Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions. Mitigate legal and employee relations risks while balancing business needs. Talent Management Partner with COEs to develop strategies that attract, develop, and retain technicians, project teams, field leadership, and operational support employees. Facilitate succession planning and talent review processes. Coach leaders on employee development and career progression. Leadership Coaching Coach managers and supervisors on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, change management, and performance management. Partner with leaders to build high-performing and accountable teams. Support organizational changes, restructures, and business transformation initiatives. Employee Engagement Monitor employee engagement trends and develop action plans to enhance employee experience and retention, including the facilitation of employee listening sessions and focus groups. Support recognition and retention initiatives within the region. HR Program Execution Support and execute HR programs including performance management, compensation, benefits communication, and talent initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Safety Partnership Partner with regional EHS leaders to reinforce a strong safety culture. Support leaders in addressing workforce issues related to safety performance, accountability, return-to-work processes, and employee well-being. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations. Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to influence leaders and build relationships across all organizational levels. Ability to travel throughout the assigned region up to 25%. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Experience supporting service, construction, installation, or skilled trades organizations. Experience supporting multi-state workforces. Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
